About Quinterra

Quinterra is a small pocket of homes located in the south part of Ottawa. Quinterra does not see that many sales; roughly 23 sales on average per year. According to the data in the table above, house prices doubled between 2000 and 2007 in this neighbourhood and have almost doubled again by 2021.

This is a nice little enclave with easy access to the rest of the city via Riverside Drive north and south, and Hunt Club Road east and west. A small neighbourhood located on the Rideau River, near Hunt Club composed of single-family residential and townhomes, and condos. It's location is very central to every amenity and service needed.

These residents are only 10 minutes away from the Ottawa International Airport and the private Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club is just around the corner. Lots of restaurants are nearby such as The Keg, Vittoria Trattoria, Moxie's, Lone Star and Bambu.

Groceries are available adjacent to this neighbourhood at T&T Supermarket Plaza, down Riverside Drive at Moncion's Independent Grocer, and along Hunt Club Road to Metro or Bank Street to Loblaws at South Keys.

South Keys outdoor mall has a host of shops as does Merivale Road. Costco only 5 minutes away along Hunt Club West. Head straight south and you're in the lovely Village of Manotick in 15 minutes.
