Cardinal Creek, aptly named for its creek that leads northward to the Ottawa River, is located in the east end of Ottawa, and part of Orleans. You'll find it east of Tenth Line Road, South of St. Joseph Boulevard (and the Ottawa River), west of Trim Road and north of Innes Road and the neighbourhood of Notting Gate.
Homes in this area are built by Tamarack, Valecraft and Ashcroft, among other custom builders. Cardinal Creek Village is a Tamarack development of townhomes, two-storey singles and bungalow homes started in 2014 and will eventually be home to 3,000 families, including an adult-lifestyle section.

Cardinal Creek Community Park - Maintained by the Coty of Ottawa and located at 1825 Trim Road in Cumberland, residents enjoy wide paths for dog walking, birding, and enjoying beautiful views of inlets of water.
