If you want to set up a new listing notification to your email so that you never miss any new listings, follow the steps below to set it up so that you only get sent new listings that match your criteria. Also set how often you want to be sent new listings.
You can choose Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly email notifications.
It's much faster to set up your search using our pre-defined criteria. If you're looking for all listings from a certain community or neighbourhood use our Neighbourhood Listings Page.
If you're looking for new listings of just Townhomes, Bungalows or any other type of property, start at our Property Types Page.
Set up Your Buying Criteria
Enter the locations you want new listings from, then choose your price range, number of berooms you need and then the type of property.
Save Your Search
Once you've entered all of your criteria, simply hit this link to Save Your Newly Created Search
Choose How Often You Want emails
After clicking the link to save your search, this window will open allowing you to name your search and choose how often you want new listings to be sent, you can choose Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly.
That's it, you'll now start to receive all new listings as soon as they appear on the Ottawav MLS System, our site is constantly updated will all new listings every 10 or 15 minutes!
